[SL: 03]FAQ
Straight answers.
The questions we hear on almost every first call.
01Do we need both units, or can we start with one?
Your call. I&D Systems and I&D Studio each deliver on their own. Many clients start with one and add the other once they see the output. On the first call we'll tell you which one gets you to a return faster.
02How fast do we see first results?
We aim for a first tangible output within 72 hours of kickoff: a system blueprint, campaign concepts, or both. Campaign packs typically take 5–10 business days from brief to delivery, depending on scope. Initial automation builds are usually live within 3–6 weeks.
03We tried AI tools ourselves and the output was weak. What's different?
Tools produce outputs. We produce systems and campaign-grade creative, with art direction, quality control and a performance lens on every asset. AI is our infrastructure, not the product.
04Are you based in Germany? How do you handle GDPR?
Yes. We're based in Regensburg and work EU-first. Data protection and regulatory requirements are part of the design of every system from day one, not bolted on at the end.
05What does onboarding look like?
A focused discovery sprint. We map your current stack and workflows, agree on priorities, then hand you a phased build plan with timelines and owners.
06What do you need from our team?
Usually one decision-maker, one technical contact and access to the key tools: CRM, ad accounts, website or support stack.
07Can you work with the tools we already use?
Yes. We're tool-agnostic. We design around your current workflows and only recommend changes where they clearly make things faster or better.
08Are Zeroth and TRACE real clients?
No. They are concepts we built ourselves to show what we can do. The companies, clients and figures on those demo sites are fictional and labelled as such.
09Does every website need 3D and film?
No. Most sites need clear structure, fast pages and strong visuals. We add WebGL or film where it earns its weight, and every effect comes with a light fallback.
10Can we edit the content ourselves?
Yes, if you need to. In the structure phase we agree how you'll edit, from a CMS to simple content files, depending on how often you publish.
11What about hosting, GDPR and legal pages?
We deploy to your hosting or set up EU hosting for you, and build so nothing tracks before consent. Fonts, images and video are served from your own domain. Impressum and privacy policy come from you or your legal counsel; we implement them.
12What does a website cost?
It depends on scope: a launch page and a bilingual brand site with 3D are different projects. Pick a budget range on the contact form and we'll reply with a scoped proposal.
13Why are there no prices?
Because we quote on your site, not on a package. Size, platform, languages and what you need change the work. Send your URL and you get a written quote, free and without obligation.
14Can you guarantee rankings?
No, and nobody honest can. What we commit to: every requirement in scope checked, every finding cited, every fix tested.
15Are you affiliated with Google?
No. Independent. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. The knowledge base is an attendee's record of Search Central Live Deep Dive Europe 2026. Every finding links to its source, and to Google's own documentation wherever it exists.
16Do you need our passwords?
No, and please don't send any. The requirements check needs your URL. If a deep audit needs Search Console or server logs, you grant read-only access later and can revoke it anytime.
17Is the check automated?
It's done by people, with our own tooling. Every finding is reviewed before it reaches you.
18We already have developers. Where do you fit in?
Good. Findings come as a ticket-ready CSV with a why, a how and a test for each. Your team fixes, we fix, or both.
19We're planning a relaunch. When should we talk?
Before the URLs change. Redirect maps and canonical plans are easier to get right before launch than after.
20With the MCP server or private AI, where does our data stay?
In your infrastructure. We set it up there, next to your own guidelines.
21Is the knowledge base really free?
Yes, and it stays free and public. The quote is for applying it to your site.
22Do you work in German?
Yes, in German and English. The knowledge base itself is English-only.
